DRAFT — pending professional legal review. This policy explains what uTechNext collects on utechnext.com, why, who processes it on our behalf, how long it is kept and how you can ask for it to be deleted. We aim to follow the Lao Law on Electronic Data Protection (2017).
What we collect
Only what you send us: the project form (name, email, and optionally phone, company, budget, timeline and your project description) and the messages you type into the chat assistant. To protect the site we also process technical data such as your IP address and browser type for rate limiting and spam checks. There are no user accounts, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare an estimate or proposal, reply to chat questions, and keep the site safe from spam and abuse. We never sell your data.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting, security, the Turnstile anti-bot check and the AI gateway), our own cloud server on Oracle Cloud (form and chat backend), AI model providers that generate chat answers (for example DeepSeek or OpenAI, reached through Cloudflare, or a model running on our own server), and email providers for replies. Some of these process data outside Laos. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
Chat assistant and AI
Chat answers are written by an AI system and can be wrong — please check important information with us. Do not type passwords, ID or passport numbers, bank or card details, or health information. Your conversation is kept in this browser tab only and disappears when you close it; to answer you, each message is sent to our server and an AI model provider.
How long we keep it
Project requests are kept while we handle your request and, if we work together, for the project and normal business records. Chat messages are not kept in a customer profile. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Exact retention periods are being finalised and will be stated here.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent. Email info@utechnext.com with your name and the email address you used; we will reply within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days.

Our free tools run in your browser. What you paste or open in them is not uploaded unless the tool page clearly says otherwise.
