Common Questions
The things people ask before the first call.
Why is the first build free?
Because small businesses often get quoted large amounts for something that takes days to build, and give up before testing whether people even want it. The first build is free so you can put a real product in front of real users. Maintenance, new features and large systems are paid — that is what makes the free builds possible.
Do I own the app and the code?
Yes. Source code, accounts and data are yours. Whenever possible we publish under your own developer account, so you are never locked to us.
How long does it take?
A simple tool or landing site: a few days. A typical mobile app with a backend: 2–6 weeks. You get a realistic date after scoping, not before.
What do I need to prepare?
A clear description of the problem, examples of apps or sites you like, your logo or brand if you have one, and one person who can make decisions. That is enough to start.
Can you take over an existing project?
Yes — audits, fixes, rewrites and migrations of existing apps or websites are all fine. You get an honest answer on whether repairing or rebuilding costs less.
Is my idea kept private?
Yes. Anything you share stays private, and an NDA can be signed before the first real conversation if you prefer.
What if I need changes after launch?
Small changes are usually free inside the support window. After that, maintenance can be arranged monthly or per change.
Where are you based?
Laos (UTC+7), working remotely in English and Lao. Everything is done online — calls, updates and delivery.
What exactly do I have to pay for?
The build is free. You cover the services the product runs on — domain, hosting, cloud or database, app store developer accounts, and any paid AI or API usage. Most of these have a free tier that is enough to start, and we set you up on those first. Every account is created in your name.
What happens after launch?
Bug fixes are free for 30 days. After that, changes, new features, platform updates and monitoring are paid — either per change or as a small fixed monthly plan. There is no obligation: you own the code and can hand it to anyone.
I am a startup with no money yet. What then?
We talk. Options include partnership, revenue share, or paying later once you're earning. The one thing off the table: an open-ended free system with no agreement. Small first build, clear scope, then we grow together.
How big is the team?
One senior developer — you talk to the person actually building your product, not a salesperson. Nothing is outsourced. For large systems, trusted partners are brought in and you are told exactly who does what.
Have an idea? Your first build can be free.
A limited number of free first builds each quarter, with scope agreed in writing. You own everything we make.
